Anyone had a bad experience with a dealer and switched to a good independent auto body shop?

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with the dealer’s body shop recently. I took my car in for a minor rear bumper repair and it took them over two weeks just to get to it, and the communication was terrible. They kept giving me vague updates and the final paint job wasn’t even a perfect match. I’m honestly fed up and looking to find a reputable independent body shop in the city that actually cares about quality and customer service. I’ve heard that Mussafah has some good options, but it’s hard to tell which ones are reliable without a solid recommendation. I’m hoping to find a trusted auto body shop in Abu Dhabi that can handle paintwork, dent repairs, and general body maintenance without the dealership prices and wait times. Has anyone found a place where they were genuinely happy with the paint matching and the turnaround time? I’d appreciate any recommendations.
