I have recently converted my email data from MBOX format, and now I am confused about which output format I should choose. My requirement depends on different situations, like email client compatibility, data security, long-term storage, or easy sharing with others. I do not want to lose email content, attachments, or folder structure after conversion. Can someone please explain which format is best after MBOX conversion (such as PST, PDF, EML, or HTML) and why it should be chosen according to different use cases?
